Dr. Sherida Suarez joined FMC Health in September of 2024. Born in Monterrey, Mexico, and raised in McAllen, Texas, she graduated from the Texas Tech Health Sciences Center at Houston in 2019 and completed her medical rotations in Edinburg, Texas. Dr. Suarez is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Dr. Suarez recently moved to Canyon from San Antonio and is loving the smaller-town feel that Canyon and Amarillo offer. The lack of traffic, friendly people, and slower pace have made her feel very much at home. She, her fiancé Aaron, and their dog Bolt have settled in well—and they’ve even added a new dog, Lucy, to their family! She's passionate about healthcare and is committed to providing her patients with the highest level of care possible.
